Our Process
Meet and Greet
At Go Fetch Comox Valley our intake process begins with scheduling a free meet and greet. Meet and greets provide a great opportunity to meet you and your pooch(s), and get a sense for their energy and character. This is also a chance to ask us any questions you might have.
During this meet and greet we will take your dog for a brief walk , so we can see how your dog manages on a leash, their energy and their level of engagement. Following this, if we both agree to move forward, we will sign a contract, then attempt to find pack walk that is the best fit for your dog as well as your schedule.
*At Go Fetch there are limited spaces and not every dog is a fit with each pack, but we will try our best to accommodate you and your pooch.
**Last, while we love all dogs, not all dogs are a fit for pack walks. Your understanding is appreciated. 🐶
Day of the Walk

Pick-up is between 7:45am and 9:00am and drop-off between 11:30am and 1:00pm.

In order for a smooth transition from your home to the vehicle, we ask to be invited inside your home to leash your dog. When we return, we will bring your dog to your door for you to invite back into your home.

Although a leash is not required, we do request you purchase a martingale collar. These collars help secure your dog during transportation and on the trail. If you do not have a martingale collar, one can be provided on a temporary basis.

On return from the pack walk we encourage you to have towels ready as your dog(s) may have found their way into a puddle or two.
